I've had a first stab at drafting some questions and putting some images in.I try to avoid my interviews appearing to fawning or boring by, what we would call 'ribbing' in England, or 'taking the piss', there are many terms for it, but when I've interviewed a few American guys they sometimes feel it's disrespectful.

Hopefully your English mother will have given you a taste of this kind of thing.If not, and you don't want to answer a particular question or want me to take something out, just let me know.Many of the images are place holders. I could do with a bit of your help on what we show.There's a couple of Rolling Stone images that almost certainly aren't yours, but help break it up at the moment.Also, I'm sure there are big holes in terms of representing the full spectrum of your working life, so just point out or send pictures to fill those holes.My dream scenario in all of the interviews I do is to get drawings, scribbles and rejected stuff in there.Partly to release unseen stuff to the world and partly to make the subject appear mortal.So, here's a start...
